West Liberty, Iowa Taylor Veonn Jones, 21, passed away Saturday June 7, 2014 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. A celebration of life will be held 6 P.M. Friday, June 13, 2014 at the United Methodist Church, West Liberty. Memorials may be made to the Taylor Jones Memorial Fund. She was a 2011 graduate of West Liberty High School and was currently attending R.E.M. in Coralville. She enjoyed being outdoors; being taken for walks by her attendants, swinging, swimming, boating and camping with her family. She loved to snuggle. Survivors include her parents Deb and Kevin Lowman of West Liberty. Brother, Thayne Lowman of West Liberty. Maternal grandparents, Marylin Nunn of Lincoln, Nebraska and Gary Nunn of Bridgeport, Nebraska. Paternal grandfather, Thayne Lowman of North Liberty. Great grandfather “Pa”, Bob Conyers of Lincoln, Nebraska. Aunts and Uncles, Tami and Mike Franklin of Bridgeport, Nebraska, Michael Lowman of Boxholm, Iowa and Karen Lowman of Odgen, Iowa. Cousins, Cody and Tyler Franklin, and Ryan and Katie Lowman. Special friends, her Godmother Stephanie Newell and Joy and Jim DeVoogd. She was preceded in death by her grandmother Karen Lowman and great grandmother Bonnie Conyers.
