Dearest Lyn… I often think of your words after Mommy passed… “She could always be found in the garden” I do not know if you recall when Mommy saved the huge dying tree in Lexington. Ahhhh, perhaps now that you and Neal are together again, possibly physically, and definitely in spirit, you will garden once more. With thoughts of each of you, soon, I will be planting two trees — one for each of you. (Indeed, the trees are expected to arrive tomorrow.) I, as Mommy, as Neal too did, I love to garden. I recall how you enjoyed the flowers and trees I know not if it was your idea that in memorial of your physical earthly passing we plant a tree. I do love that idea. Growing goodness and beauty and health in earthly life means much to me. May your journey bring you peace, prosperity, and pleasant serenity… betsy

I'll really miss reading Lyn's regular emails. As young sisters, we visited our Grandpa's drug store almost every Saturday. We are standing at the wall next to his store in this photo.

We really enjoyed seeing Lyn every day walking around Coralridge Mall. She was the first person here to come up and talk to us and say hi. We will miss her. Love to her family.
