Knowing her was a joy--she was a willing worker in the 4-H program while raising a big family on the farm. She had such a sweet, calm spirit amid all those activities. I did enjoy several visits with her at the county fair in past years. My sympathy to the family as you now carry on the legacy of your mother.
I was sorry to hear about Franny's passing. I always enjoyed visiting a bit with her when I was a Simpson and of course growing up in the neighborhood. She was always a nice lady.
Although I didn't know Frances, I have known Cindy Massey for years and my condolences go out to her, her family and all of Francis' family. God Bless.
