I want to offer my greatest condolences to Wanda and the rest of the Powers family. This is a tremendous loss. I work with Wanda, the daughter of Elsie. Wanda was raised very well by her Elsie. I know this because Wanda has wonderful character and personality. Wanda always talked about how much she loved Elsie. I truly mourn the loss of Elsie.
