Loretta,
m sorry that i just learned of Leland' s passing, i went to cemetary for Memorial Day to honor my Mom whose Bday was on May 25, only to discover ill never get to talk to my elderly church friend again.
My heartfelt condolences to you, Loretta and Dave,Chris, and Lydia in particular for knowing and sharing many years of Zion activities, the Atalissa events and more, the WL Fair( especially the talk we had a couple of years back watching parade and church at fair) You were like family and special.I'll never forget watching Leland rollerskate at our church outings in Muscatine- he was a Pro, and helped my kids and others on the rink.I will always think fondly of Leland.( Also, condolences to the rest of family as well.)
Sincerely, Kirsten Kuhre-Holmquist

Dear Loretta, my prayers are with you and your family at this time. My grandparents were Walter and Miriam Banhagel. I have fond memories of your family as a child spending time on their farm. Playing baseball and riding ponies. My grandparents always spoke highly of you all. I often drive by and look at your farm and theirs with wonderful childhood memories. Leland will he missed I'm sure by everyone . Take care. Lisa Bell Sedlacek.
