I hope the family is able to still see this. In growing up in West Liberty I remember Nell so well Always helping those in need giving very giving of herself throughout the community. Nell’s road was a rough one with so many children and grandchildren passing before her. So very hard on her so happy Nell can meet up with family who went before her.
