John, Jan, J.D., Jason and family--I am very sorry for your loss. Norma was a wonderful lady and I have many fond memories of her. I am very glad I got the chance to live next to her for so many years and that I got to know her and all of you. Although I had not seen her in many years my heart is heavy and I am deeply saddened. My thoughts and condolences are with you during this difficult time.
