Dear BJ and all the family,
You have so very many good friends in Horicon, too.
We were @ Lee Ann's in PA. when Martin sent an e-mail note to us.
When we got home, late last nite, there were calls from Emil Lazich & Carita Hoffman, too.
I tried to call you tonoc using the number Emil gave me but it is wrong.
I will get the correct one tonoc and contact you.
I have thought of you and Bob so very much since you first wrote of his illness.
We just prayed that he was getting better.
What a lovely obituary and photo. He is still a great guy!!
YOU were the first person to call on me when we moved to Horicon-- w/a cake in tow. I shall never forget that kindness. And our boat trip @ Barb's lake home.
Love and Hope,
gin & ray

Betty and family, we sympathize with you at this time. Your faith will see you through.
We are grateful for our acquaintance. We shall recall how Bob's broad smile broke widely across his face, when greeting you. We had the privilege of living in Horicon, Wisconsin, when you and your family moved there. We became acquainted through the church, and also via Barb's junior high school math class and one of our sons being in Jim's class.
Our family of four moved to Marion, IA in 1967. We were again honored when you two moved here and we have renewed our acquaintances. You had watched Barb and Ken's children grow up in Wisconsin, and now you were able to interact with your other three Iowa grandchildren here! What a smart move!
A wonderful family and a life well lived! God Bless.

Dear Betty Jean, Barb, Jim and families,
Ron and I are so very sorry to hear of Bob's passing. Our love, heart and prayers go out to you at this difficult time. As you know, we have been down this road many times and it isn't easy, but the Lord does help us get through it and in time makes it somewhat easier.
In time, you'll enjoy all the great memories you had with Bob, and share them with your kids and grandkids. Who, thank God, are old enough that they will have great memories of their own to share. You and Bob had a special love for each other and your family that will live with you all until you meet again. Bob will live on in all the memories of those who knew and loved him, and he will not be forgotten. He is finally at peace, and with all those he loved who have gone home before him to be with the Lord.
With Love and Deep Heartfelt Sympathy,
Sherrie and Ron
