West Liberty, Iowa Margine Herrold, 71, of West Liberty, died Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at Mercy Hospital Hospice Unit in Iowa City after a hard fight with cancer. Funeral services for Margine will be 1:00PM on Saturday, July 10, 2010 at the Henderson-Barker Funeral Home in West Liberty officiated by Pastor Betsey Neipert. Visitation will be 4:00-8:00PM on Friday, July 9, 2010 at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Oak Ridge Cemetery in West Liberty. Margine was born January 27, 1939, in Plant City, Florida, the daughter of Dewey & Linnie (Dollar) Lodge. On November 22, 1963 she was united in marriage to Charles Herrold. They resided in West Liberty where they farmed. Survivors include her husband, Charles Herrold of West Liberty, four daughters Alicia (Jeff) Emde, Pamela Perry, Marsha Bowie, Melody Lenz, three sons Tony (Janene) Herrold, Corey (Jen) Herrold, Courtney (Rebekka) Herrold, Eighteen grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She loved going to the casinos and spending time with family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Iowa City.
