I am so sorry to learn of Bob's and Bonnie's deaths. I enjoyed their company often as they lived in Onawa for a time. I think Bob reminded me of my own father who always had a twinkle in his eye and a smile on his face. My sympathy is extended to the family.
Dad many times said he didn't want a funeral, he has been cremated and he and Mom's ashes will be returned to western Iowa where they began. There is no service planned.
Our sympathies and condolences to your family for your loss. Although less frequently since they moved to West Liberty, Pastor Dennis said he enjoyed their many visits. I first became acquainted with Bob and Bonnie after they moved to Onawa and later became members of The United Methodist Church. What a great Christian couple and as an individual Bob was what I believe Proud to be an American. We were wondering if there will be a service in Onawa.
