Betty Jean Slach, 91, died Friday November 20, 2015 at her home in West Branch.
Family graveside services were held in the West Branch Cemetery. The Henderson-Barker Funeral Home in West Branch was in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include two sons: Richard Leroy and Bernard Wayne. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard, daughter Mary Jeanette.
